We’re so happy that you are considering a stay with us. We hope that you’ll have a great time and make many memories during your stay. Our home has all of the amenities you need for a wonderful vacation. It’s our pleasure to serve you and provide a wonderful experience for you and your family.
Please note that AT&T does NOT have service on our ridge. Verizon DOES have coverage. We do have a house phone for use during your stay.
For winter rentals, we do have a contract with a snow plower; however, depending on the amount of snow, it may be necessary to cancel or postpone your arrival with a full refund. If you are at the home when a large storm hits, we will make every effort to get the lane plowed for your departure. If it’s necessary to stay any extra days, there will be no charge for the extra days until the lane is able to be opened. We will be watching the weather and will be in touch with you throughout your trip.
Wi-Fi is for email and basic internet only, not for streaming movies. We do have TVs, DVD and blue ray players in each bedroom and the lower level family room, along with a rather large selection of movies to choose from. Please note, this is not by choice; however no other internet is currently available in our area. So plan to unplug as much as possible and enjoy the beauty of the land!
Cancellation Policy: We request 50% deposit at booking with the remainder due within 30 days of check-in. Full refund provided if cancelled prior to 30 days. After 30 days up until 10 days prior to check-in, 50% refund is provided. No refunds within 10 days of check-in.
